Hi,
You can easily opt mass communication with simple procedure. As right now, application form are available apply online. This is a 3 year course, where you will get BA degree.
After your 10+2 you can apply for it. You have to give College entrance exam and then you can go for further process.

School of Broadcasting and Communication is not a university, but a college. This college is affiliated with Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, which has a solid reputation in this field. As far as whether it's good or not, that's a difficult question to answer. Different people will give you different answers. I personally find the syllabus informative and I like the balance they have of education and promoting work experience.
