Hope you are doing well.
First of all, if you are passionate in Photography, then do a full time degree or Diploma course from a well-known and reputed college. Secondly, the options available for you are DCOP Delhi and NIP,Delhi. Many other options are still there, but these two are having some great teachers.

Greetings.
As per me, you should join a regular degree course for mass communication where you can do photography and videography both at once and VFX can be done as a part-time course from the institution near you.

Hope you are doing well. Look, the date of examinations will be out soon, that will be updated on the wdbsite itself. Stay Updated. As per my knowledge, the selections are done on the basis of marks secured in your high school examinations. The cut off will be out in no time. All the best.
