Once you complete MBA after mass communication degree, you are eligible for all jobs. If you do MBA with a functional or sector specialisation then you will be eligible for management job of that function or sector.

As you are more interested in management and advertisement field, you must target for pursuing MBA from top IIMs. You can opt for BBA as graduation and prepare well for CAT along with your graduation. After graduation, you can opt for Marketing/Event Management/MBA in entrepreneurship.

Honestly speaking, the ET is pretty easy. You should have a fair idea of the current affairs and general and basic history of the country and its media (newspapers, radio, TV; just basic and general). That's it.
