Hi Anirudh,
Admission requirements are different as per the universities and the specific programme. SAT is not mandatory and requirements vary with colleges. As an international student, you must take the TOEFL or IELTS test. Since entry requirements differ from college to college, you must check the college websites. I am not sure if these colleges will have the exact programme which you want to study but you can check Simon Fraser, Sheridan College, Fleming College and Ryerson University.

2) Media Planners

4) Public Relations
