This is a new college. So, its difficult to rate it so early. The first batch is yet to pass out. So it will be advisable to talk to students who are currently studying. This will give you a first hand review and will help to decide.

However, B.Sc. takes some technical aspects more in comparison to the general BA in Mass Comm or BJMC or BMM.
Still, there is no difference as such. Better to go with Traditional Names as these are accepted everywhere as approved.
