Hi,
This type of combination in regular mode cannot be offered by any university because it is against the guidelines, which is framed by UGC. You can pursue B.Tech through regular mode and mass communication through distance mode from 2 different universities.
You cannot do 2 regular degree from same university or from 2 different universities.
