Hi Kartar,
B.Sc in media management and BBA in media management have a very slight difference between them. Both the courses will offer a similar syllabus and exposure into the field and provide you equal opportunities to the best. However, BBA in Media Management will lead you straight to pursuing MBA which is into fashion these days. B.Sc in media management on the other hand is a Bachelors in Science in media management which isn't much into trend as of my research.

Dear Anjali,
The syllabus for BJMC differs from college to college and so are the no. of seats. There is no such cutoff, as you need to appear for entrance tests to get into good colleges. The annual fee also differs from college to college.

Dear Shweta,
When it comes to mass communication, there in no college that offers you 100% guarantee of placement. Mass Communication is a huge field which includes, photography, media research, advertising, visual communication, event management and as a lot more. So, I would suggest instead of looking for the colleges that guarantee placement, look for the colleges that guarantee good education which will help you get a good job afterwards.

I would like to tell you that IIMM only offers Bachelors and Masters course in Mass Communication. So, IIMM unfortunately can't be on your list in any way. However, we work for various event management programmes but that is due to our Contacts and Projects assigned under Production Direction studies.
However, to resolve your query, I would like to tell you that if you wish to opt for BBA in NCR appear for IPU entrance test and try to score well so as you can hit VIPS, JIMS like colleges. They are the best one available for your course.
Wish you luck.
