Hi Raj,
If you are more inclined towards journalism and mass communication as compared to BCA, it is a correct decision because pursuing a course without having an interest in it is not apt.
Yes, it is possible to switch your course but you have to start your BJMC from the very beginning.
Eligibility criteria for taking admission in IMS, Noida for BJMC:
