There are different types of courses. You can do certification, diploma or degree in the photography. and the duration of all the three courses is different. So you will have to decide which will be more convenient for you. A certification course will be of 3 months, diploma for 1 year and a degree for 3 years.
You can decide which one do you wish to pursue.

Dear Heena,
Doing M.E after B.E seems a more sorted option for you, as you have the same background. Switching field is not really advisable as in future this field change might get you in trouble. Mass Communication is a field wherein you need to have a very strong personality and good networking. Until and unless you don't have good connections in media industry don't join the field as you will end up regretting the decision.
Opt for a safer and better way and therefore, opt for M.E after B.E.

Hi Samara,
Various options are available for you to choose from. In New Zealand, you must enroll and complete a PG Diploma or a Graduate Certificate before you apply for a masters. You can check for programs in Journalism, Media Studies, International Journalism, Journalism Media and Globalisation, Professional Writing, Creative Studies, Broadcast Journalism and many more. I will advice you to refer to university websites and check programs they offer.
