The scope of event management is good if you have done graduation in event management. But, as you have not even completed 12th, getting into event management will become very difficult.
I would suggest you complete your 12th first and then pursue a professional course. As without any know-how, you will not be able to get any good job in the industry.
If you still if wish to pursue anything, you may go for certificate courses after 10th and then try getting into this field.

Yes, you can pursue Masters in mass communication after completing B.Arch. But you will have to appear for entrance tests for the same.

You may complete your BCA and then think of pursuing a Masters degree in mass communication. Prepare well for the entrance tests and try to get into IIMC. Once there, the career becomes more bright. The salary depends upon the beat and the media you end up entering.
