You should prepare for government jobs as your parents want you to do that. And you can also side by side try to get into bollywood and if you find that bollywood is best for you, stay there and in case things didn't work out, you have your job as a back up.

As per mentioned interest I would suggest you Mass communication , Bfa animation or Bfa in fine arts programme through that you pursue your passion or you can give wings to your dreams In photography or in design.
In fine arts programme you can give colour to your photographs or your emotions.
