Yes, if you are interested then it will be productive for you. You need to have a high set of communication skills to excel the stream. Also, you have to be very well aware of the current affairs. Analytical skills should be developed. All the best.

Professional photography course only focuses on making you learn the different types of lenses, angles of photography, shutter speed and much more. Whereas, mass media and journalism is a wider concept which involves reporting, editing, photography event management, advertising etc.
