What course do you want to know about? There are several careers in media in writing, production or post production. You can become a reporter, actor or getting behind the camera to direct, cinematograph or do finishing work as an editor, compositor or a VFX artist who can add reality to 3D visualizations. You may even be a graphic artist who designs the screens, or an animator who brings stories to life as a proxy actor for onscreen characters.

Marketing and Mass Communication are two different streams.
Marketing taught in B schools make you understand the aspects of how a prosuxt or a service is being promoted to increase it's reach and make it more popular.
On the other hand, Mass Communication involves journaliam, event management, media management, Public relations and much more.
Do not combine the two different streams and select wisely.
