There is only one institute in Bhopal that provides photography course which is Frameboxx animation and visual effects.
I would advice you to consider the institute irrespective of taking location as the constraint. I am providing with the list of institutes that provide courses in photography.( https://media.shiksha.com/photography-courses-in-india-categorypage-7-22-1-0-0-1-1-2-0-none-1-0 )

Before you opt for journalism as a profession, I would advice you to match the skills required to become a journalist with the skills taht you possess and check whether you fit the bill.
