Mass communication is a very broad umbrella term that includes various fields – advertising, journalism, public relations, cinema, radio, television and broadcasting, theatre, communication arts and now internet in its ambit. Although communication remains the core element, the nature of work would depend on the field you are in.

Anuraag you have good private universities in Delhi and NCR like Galgotia, Sharda, LIngaya etc. You can try for admission there. Other than this there are many good universities outside Delhi too like LPU, MMU, Chitkara etc that are offering Mass comm. They boast of good placements too.

Sumesh, usually if you want to do MBA (manage other people) you dont go for MSc (be the technical expert). From purely legal point of view, yes you can do MBA or MPhil. Yes, you are eligible to appear for Civil services examination.
The Civil Service Examination is organized by UPSC every year to recruit candidate for IAS, IPS etc.
Eligibility:
-Nationality:
A citizen of India.
-Academic Qualification:
The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in any field from a well known college or university.
-Age Limits:
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August, in the year of examination.
-Number of attempts:
Every candidate appearing at the examination who is otherwise eligible, shall be permitted four attempts at the examination.
