 The eligibility criteria for PG admission at the University of Birmingham are given below:

  • A four-year Bachelor’s degree (first-class or very good upper second-class) or a three-year Bachelor’s degree (first class) from recognised institutions in India
  • For postgraduate research programs, students need a Bachelor’s degree and usually a Master’s degree with a 60% or higher for 2:1 equivalency from a recognised institution
  • Programme-specific score requirements
  • Alternatively, grade 12 Indian students must have achieved a score of 75% or above for CBSE/CISCE/West Bengal boards; other state boards: 80% or above

In order to get admission to a two-year PG Diploma course, students have to fulfill basic eligibility criteria that need to be fulfilled before applying for the course. Candidates who are interested to get admission to PG Diploma course at Pearl Academy Bangalore must get a UG degree from a recognised university. It is one of the top universities among the others in the area. As per the university NIRF 2022 report, 491 students were placed in 2021 placements drive. Further, the median package offered to the UG (4-year) and PG (2-year) students was INR 6 LPA and INR 7 LPA, respectively. The top recruiters were TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Cognizant, etc.

To take admission in UG courses, students must clear Class 12 from a recognised board. Final selection is made on the basis of the entrance examination conducted by the university or merit in Class 12. For PG courses, candidates need to have a valid bachelor's degree in the relevant field from Karnataka University or an equivalent university. It is also imp that the students has passed the qualifying examination with the required aggregate as prescribed by the authorities. Further, the final selection criteria vary from course to course.

The duration of PG courses at University of St Andrews can based on the programme and the mode of study. The taught courses have a duration of one year of full-time study or two years of part-time study while research PG programs can take longer to complete.

For MS  (28 courses): the duration is 10 months-1 year

For M.A.  (48 courses): the duration is 1 year-2 years

For MIM  (12 courses): the duration is 12 months-1 year

For PG Diploma  (2 courses): the duration is 9-10 months

PG Certificate  (1 course): the duration is 6 months
