Yes, Govind Guru University conducts entrance exams for various PG programs, including MCA, M.Sc., M.Ed., and others. The university itself conducts the entrance exam, and candidates must submit their applications online via the university portal.
However, some of the PG programs, including MA, M.Com, MSW, and others, don't require an entrance exam and instead base admission on the marks obtained in the qualifying degree.

There is a University called SYMBIOSIS (CENTRE FOR INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION) which offers distance learning too. Also, they do virtual counselling and are one of the best and most deemed universities in India for Distance learning. It offers 8 faculties.
Symbiosis Centre for International Education is a special and central department created for International Students. This department takes care of international students right from their admission till the time they graduate from this University. This department acts as a common platform for International Students not only of SIU but from colleges and Universities across Pune.

I don't think you can do that because if you are not listing other colleges in your application, you can't get admission there. NTA shares candidates' scores with the universities they selected during the application process.

Thiruvalluvar University admission to various PG and PhD programme is purely merit basis. As for the selection it is based on the reservation policy prescribed by the Government of Tamil Nadu. Candidates who have passed UG examination other than Thiruvalluvar University, must apply for the eligibility certificate . A non-refundable fee of INR 236 (INR 118 for SC/ST) must be paid for the admission application form. Candidates are required to send the application form with required documents through mail directly to the respective Institution postal address and wait for the seat confirmation.
