Hi, Yes, college must be UGC approved, and you should have done done your higher secondary with PCB. There are seats available for the course you want , check on the website and fill the form through open online counselling. For further help you can ask on siksha .

You can not get admission to a Master's in Electronics and Communication Engineering with your Higher National Diploma (HND). The reason is that HND is equivalent to the first two years of a Bachelor's degree. It is not a complete degree. The Masters in Electronics and Communication Engineering is a postgraduate level course. To get admission to this course, you will need to have a four-year Bachelor's degree in either B.E. MSc . Biotechnology is a 2 year programme offered by AIIMS . The course has total of 14 seats and candidate must have done bsc in biotechnology or b.tech in biotechnology . The list of candidates has been issued so far without mentioning the marks but you can check that from their official website.
