Eligibility Criteria for B.Ed is passed graduation or postgraduation in any discipline from a recognised University with 50% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% in case of reserved categories, you have to clear your backlogs if you want to take admission based on postgraduate degree and moreover even if you complete B.Ed based on graduation degree, you cannot teach higher classes (such as PGT )as your Masters degree is still incomplete, hence for better prospects and opportunities professionally you must complete your Masters degree. Hi! If you are currently in 2nd year you have around 2 years to prepare for PG courses in du. As you are in Science field I'll suggest you to make your domain a bit bigger and also look for other universities like BHU, JNU, IITS etc. It will help you to get better placement and will give you more options. The syllabus for Masters exam is almost same for every University, for engineering colleges like IIT, nsut, nits the entrance exam is held in February every year and its name is IIT JAM u can search for it and know more about it, whereas the exam for du entrance is held in September so you will have a lot of time in between.
