As you are already doing the Bachelors degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, you shall just need to complete this and be eligible for Mass Comm- Master degree.
A Bachelor Degree, in any stream, is sufficient for a Master Degree in Journalism and Mass Comm.
And for Distance Education, it shall be quite easy as well.
please confirm from the Malaysian institute about the validity and acceptance in India of the Bachelors degree you are doing.

To pursue a Ph.D. course in Computer Science and Engineering, the candidate should have Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering from recognised university. Also the Masters in Biology/Pharmacy and Computer Science and Engineering or the relevant stream with aggregate of 55% marks along with valid Ph.D. entrance test along with the interview. Some Institutes conduct their own entrance tests and provide admissions on the basis of the entrance exam score and performance in subsequent rounds. Entrance Exams are:1) Bharathidasan University Ph.D. Entrance Exam

Hi Ayaan,
If you have pursued fashion designing at Bachelor's degree, I would suggest you to pursue Masters in fashion management, which is more of a business oriented course in fashion. The course can be pursued from the following colleges:
1. JD Institute of Fashion Technology
2. MIT Institute of Design
3. Pearl Academy
4. NIFT
5. Amity University
