The main difference between MBA and PGDM is that MBA is a degree and is offered by universities, whereas, PGDM is a post-graduate diploma offered by AICTE approved institutes.
Indian universities come under the University Grants Commission (UGC) and can, therefore, award degrees like the MBA degree, also known as MMS in Mumbai. Universities follow the UGC format for course content. On the other hand, reputed management institutes design their courses based on industry feedback and business relevance. They are not covered under the UGC

Candidates are eligible for CBSE UGC NET exam and after clearing this exam they can get jobs in reputed colleges of India and top 6% candidates of this exam will get a chance for research and assistant professor. Yes, you are eligible to do an LLB course even if you have completed your graduation through distance learning program. The only requirement is that the degree so obtained by you should be from a well recognized college/ university.
Also, you need to check with the college/university in which you wish to seek admission in. The Kerala High Court in a recent judgement has said that "Degree obtained through Distance Education cannot be considered as an eligible qualification for LLB Course"
But there are many colleges/universities that do not have this criteria.
I would suggest you to take up a regular LLB course.
