Hi Rahul,
Since, your MAT score is quite low and you want to make it productive in future to get good paying job, I would suggest you to take the exam again or take this entire year to prepare for CAT/ CET Maharashtra/ CMAT because with the current score, you will get admission, but that won't be worth paying.
All the best.

I guess, this score might not be sufficient as cutoff's are expected to rise above 600. But still, you can give a try as in the later phases you may secure your admission but for that requires patience.
Best of Luck!

The MAT cut-offs are expected to be around 600. College won't be considering May 2017 MAT score for admission.

It depends on the stream you are choosing as in case of finance, for core finance jobs MNCs demand 55-60% in graduation to attempt job interview, but there is less restriction of percentage criteria in marketing jobs.
You should rely on shiksha's college reviews, not on any 'free admission agency'.

Yes definitely, a percentile score of above 90 or score above 600 shall be helpful in getting a good B-School with decent placements. Prepare well for GDPI rounds to convert into final admissions.

I simply recommend Sydenham-Mumbai and MDI-Gurgaon as the best and premium colleges where placement have been the best and 100% and the salary offered is humongous to meritorious students.
