No, waiver of fee on the basis of percentile is not applicable. Yes, there may be some chances if you belong from reserved category (maybe).
Admission in IP will be made on the basis of rank obtained in CET i.e common entrance test.

You need to be score more than 80 percentile. By January end you will get to know officially how much exactly IBS is taking admission on MAT. But after that still you have clear GD/PI.

If you want to take admission in the Flame University and your score in MAT exam is not good, it doesn't matter. To get admission in Flame, they mainly focus on the FEAT (FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test) is a written examination conducted by the FLAME University for admission.

Admission to this PGDM programme is through the CAT, XAT and CMAT. The selection of candidates for admission to the 2017-19 batch is a three step process:- Candidates are initially shortlisted on the basis of their CAT, XAT and CMAT scores. Academic profile, and work experience of candidates are also considered for short-listing. Shortlisted candidates are called for Essay test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview / Interaction. For taking admission in BIBS the minimum MAT score required is 45% . But it completely depends on the number of seats available. If you have got less than 45 then they might conduct a test or absorb you immediately. So in a word you don't have to worry about admission. If there are vacant seats and if they think you deserve it they will put you through. Hoping to see you soon. All the best.
