None of them accept MAT score.
GLIM accept: CAT/CMAT/XAT/GMAT.
IIT's: CAT.

There is no Reservation for NCC Cadet. But, you may get advantage once you get good score in your MAT exam.

Yes you are eligible ,for entrance but it will depend on availability of seats so check that.

Percentile is also given preference so anything above 70 which I think you might be having is good. Just make sure that you brush up yourself with current affairs and knowledge about the course you want to join in order to distinguish yourself from the competition. Your MAT score is good enough.
