Yes. they can but they must have basic understanding of Mathematics. They can excel more in marketing and HR. It is a good idea to appear for exams like CAT / CMAT to self check elligibility for MBA.

Candidates must complete their graduation in any stream from a recognised institute/ university with minimum 60% aggregate to apply for MBA at IFMR Chennai. Further, candidates must have been born after 01 January, 1997 as per the minimum age requirement. Candidates in the final year of the undergraduate degree can also apply for the course. Also, students from ODL (Open and Distance Learning) institutions are also eligible to apply as per the UGC policy and notification.
