Hi,
Yes, the minimum requirement is of 50% until you belong to reserve category. So, either he needs to improve his score in graduation or settle with some PG diploma in management.

Yes. for admission u need of entrance exam like -- CAT,CMAT,MAT,XAT etc.
Score good mark and get admission easily.

Yes, you can easily get admission in a good college. If you are planning for 2017, then appear for CAT and try to get admission in a top B-school for PGDM.

Hi,
I would suggest you to write directly to the universities you are interested in as most of them require completed Bachelors degree + 2-3 yrs work experience, TOEFL/ IELTS and references.
Since you have 23 ATKTS you need to check with them how they evaluate it. SIM, SP Jain, NUS, NTU, Concordia etc are some of the universities you can look for.

The scope of MBA in banking is purely wide because the future of Investment banking in India is usually growing day by day. Investment banking has always been a highly cyclical business, growing when the markets grow, shrinking when they shrink.
