It depends on college and university. Please confirm which college you are targeting? However, AVG fees of MBA HR full time is approximate. 6-7 Lacs.

For Distance MBA in HR, Few good colleges are XLRI ( If you have some experience), Symbosis, NMIMS, department of distance education NIRF ranked universities, Amity distance. Cost effective would be department of distance education of government universities like Kurushetra, IGNOU.
