You can go for a lot of colleges in tier 3 such as Asian business school, Amity, Jim's and a lot more. They all have different criteria regarding admissions.

Though there is an option to do MBA in fashion design. But as you have already done that one option for you is to get double post-graduation i.e. by doing MBA in fashion designing. Otherwise, you can do some online courses and gain some knowledge about this field. Try doing some internship or live projects in fashion designing. This will give you an edge in moving ahead in this line. You can always use your managements skills in whatever field you go ahead with.
