That is a very difficult question. I remember one quote of my teacher. Success does not lie with the nos of positions but within the person competing for job. If you had the right skills you will succeed defying thousand of competitors, if you do not you single will fail to secure job. So find what you have good in you and then what you can provide to any NGO.
