Both UGC NET and CSIR NET exam are held for the selection of assistant professor and JRF. And the minimum eligibility criteria is post-graduation degree. The candidates can apply for their post-graduation subject or its related subject only. As you have completed both MBA and M.Sc. You are eligible to apply for both UGC NET and CSIR NET. The NET exam consist of two papers. First paper is common for all the subject on the other hand the second paper of NET is based on the major subject of your post-graduation that you have applied for. So you must have deep knowledge of the subject. You should apply for the subject for which you have more interest. This would depend a lot on your personality traits & interest areas. Each MBA specialization needs specific personality traits for excelling in the profession. Say, if you are outspoken and like traveling, meeting people, take target pressure then Marketing could be a preference. And, if you are a peoples person, wherein you like counseling people and act as an advisory & wants a desk top job bonded by rules & regulations then HR will be exciting. In case you are good at numbers, analytical in approach then Finance could be a good option as well. From a combination perspective any of the options are okay. So do evaluate your inherent personality traits and then take a call.
