National Power Training Institute offer scholarship schemes. The MBA candidates can check eligibility and apply for scholarships. Candidates who are graduates from IIT/ NIT, get a 25% scholarship. While NPTI Employees, female students, get 10% scholarship.

Of course, you can. But there'll be a huge career shift from Engineering to Management. An MBA is focused on management and leadership roles, which are not a part of the Engineering field. 
Engineering is more about experiments, explorations, and innovations.

Take a moment to think deeply about your eventual career goals and then decide. It's indeed a big step, and if you want to be in a technical line in the future, an MTech is a more ideal option.
