You can apply for GMAT regarding your English problem but, for most MBA entrance exams including CAT you need to have a Bachelor's degree with atleast 50% marks (45% for ST, SC and PWD). .

The entrance test is conducted at GFSU, Gandhinagar only. Only those candidates can apply for the courses at GFSU who have completed their Bachelor's degree / Master's degree with a minimum of 50% or 55% aggregate marks.
