Yes, you will be eligible to sit for the GD/PI/What round. The rest depends on your performance. Minimum Score specified for CMAT is only an eligibility criteria and the actual score there of shall have no bearing in the selection process.

Yes, The basic eligibility criteria for PGDM is a graduation degree. If you are a BBA, then you can apply for MBA/PGDM. Many students have confusion in their minds on the PGDM course and the comparison with MBA.

Great to hear that you want to do your MBA abroad after completing B.Com. There are many ways you can pursue your dream of studying abroad. Score good in SAT /GMAT/GRE (Scholarship programs, SAT for graduation, GRE for Science Post Graduation programme and GMAT for management PG programme) and English Language Proficiency Exam such as TOEFL (United States of America), IELTS (UK), PTE (Australia) However nearly all university accepts any of the English Language Proficiency Exam. With this one can get good scholarships to study abroad at an affordable fee and even a full fee waiver.

Hi as you have less than 50% then in most of the big exams like CAT CMAT you won't be even eligible to appear for the exam. You can give XAT exam as it doesn't keep so much boundations regarding percentage but still most of the colleges which give admissions on the basis of score also keeps a min required percentage as to be 50% in 10th 12th and graduation for general/OBC category and 45% for SC/ST category. Colleges which you will get mostly won't be of good reputation and getting a MBA degree might not be worth it with your dreams job.
