That is a very difficult question. I remember one quote of my teacher. Success does not lie with the nos of positions but within the person competing for job. If you had the right skills you will succeed defying thousand of competitors, if you do not you single will fail to secure job. So find what you have good in you and then what you can provide to any NGO. What small job stint provide is opertunities to find areas of improvements inside you, you can have better understanding of your weakness, so whenever you want to go for higher education you can have very clear picture what you want from that course. How you will get benefitted from course offerings. That is what add to your application, you have to justify while presenting your candidature for MBA. Why you want to go for this course? How this course will help you in achieving your goals? Basically how clear you are about yourself and determined for your goals is helpful in gaining success in competing. Final word if you find yourself good at educational reforms, find a NGO which work on education, but please no teaching this not add any wigjtahe to MBA candidature. If you good at administration go for admin part of NGO where you can provide structure and innovation at admin level, again please no to only fileing and statuary works. Had good communication go for communication part of NGO where you can add value to work. Only thing is that you must have clear and innovative ways of thinking and finding solution, now while implementation you will find the weakness in yourself. You can work upon yourself and enhance your skills. You will have fair assessment of your strength and weaknesses and any of appropriate MBA course will be helpful for you. Or this understanding help you to get into good MBA programme for self improvement. Fortunately Bangalore had many good NGOs and you can find one suitable for you. Google it, spend some time on exploring, have 1st hand experience by visiting few of them? This will lay foundation for self exploration, very good life skill for success.
