Hi Selena,
According to previous cutoff you can get admission. These institutes will determine NMAT Cutoff for admission on the basis of above provided parameters. The cutoff of NMAT generally falls between 150 to 200 overall scores for admission.

However, through MAT only BIMTECH Noida RM is tier I but there are ample number of colleges of tier I through CAT in Delhi ncr. FMS Delhi, Department of eco DU, IMT ghaziabad, MDI Gurgaon, LIBA, Imi Delhi, Sriram college, IIT Delhi etc.

Please check the prospectus of the course provided by the university to get all the details regarding admission procedure, eligibility and syllabus. If you do not see the course then the university must be conducting other entrance exams for this.

No, you cannot pursue two courses simultaneously. It would be better to complete B.Sc first and then go for MBA.
