Minimum eligibility criteria for admission to MBA in HR and MBA in Tourism are the same I. e. Graduation or equivalent from a recognised university. As stated above, a B.Voc course is of three years duration divided into six semesters. The course curriculum of B.Voc is industry-based which contains about 40% General education (theory) and 60% vocational training (practical) components. This means that apart from studying the regular curriculum, all students need to undergo industrial training or project work for at least four to eight weeks in every semester.

The first point is that your point of interest towards the subject ! UPSC is an Civil Service exam while MBA is two years post graduate programme ! If You are interested in pursuing MBA, then you can also apply for UPSC exam after completing your MBA !
