Please go through this link to get an idea about the fees in MICA. The fees for 2018-20 are approximately around INR. 18.5 Lacs, although that is subject to change over the years.

MBA:
If you have an interest in management field like office work, HR, finance, accounting, etc.
MCA:
If you have a keen interest in software developer field or IT, hardware related field.
M.Sc:
If you have a keen interest in teaching. You can choose any of them depending upon your interest.

Your graduation marks are less. If you fulfill the eligibility criteria then you can get a seat. Candidates should have successfully completed their Bachelors degree (preferably arts) of a minimum 3 or 4-year duration with its equivalent (10+2+3 or 10+2+4). The candidate needs to have a minimum of 55% aggregate at graduation level.

You can reach out to any MBA college for the PGDBM programme. Most of them would have a distance learning programme. If you are keen on doing a distance education course with a management specialisation I can recommend you 2 courses that can make an impact to your career. If you have work experience checkout the IIM Lucknow - Business and data analytics programme.

For the DFS Delhi Admission 2020, candidates must clear the following eligibility criteria:
A graduate degree with minimum 50% aggregate.
Maths/ Business Maths at 12th level.
Final year students are also eligible to apply.
Valid CAT 2019 scorecard.
