This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Hotel management field then Hotel management is good. However MBA is a post-graduation course & will help you move in to specific areas of business like sales/mkt, HR, Finance, SCM, IT OPS etc.

Hello,
Senior batch students are placed in the topmost companies. In our college, top companies like L&T come. They are selected 86 students and the salary given to each is Rs. 1 Lacs per month. The student result is also good. Most of the students got top 10 rankings in university.

The eligibility criteria of IIM-A for PGP programme is a Bachelor degree with minimum 50% of marks for general and 45% for reserved categories from a recognised University. Selection process : The selection of the candidates for admission in PGP programme at IIMA is a two-step process. The candidates are short-listed for Analytical Writing Test (AWT) and Personal Interview (PI) from among the candidates who have a valid CAT score. The CAT sectional cutoff is 70 for each section, while the overall cutoff is 80 percentile for general candidate. MBA admissions in Lucknow University are based on CAT or LUMET score. The last year CAT cut off for MBA at LU was 40 percentile, and the expected cutoff for this year will be above 42 percentile.
