50% marks at graduation level is the minimum requirement for seeking admission in MBA. Since you have only 46% are interested in MBA I am of the view that you should start working on a job and after 3 years of work experience enrol for a distance MBA, part-time MBA or executive MBA.

Yes, since you are employed you can pursue distance MBA or part-time MBA or Executive MBA based on the respective institute's guidelines. So, do check the admission norms on the institute's website and move further.

The best time would be to join sometime around June/July during your final year of B.Sc. 3 to 4 months of sincere effort is enough for CAT. CAT is conducted in Nov/Dec every year.

For MBA programme, there are many exams like CAT, XAT SNAP and CMAT that you need to appear for. CAT is the most prominent test, whereas, SNAP is a specific test for Symbiosis management programme only. So, it's advisable that you also appear for CAT and enhance your chances for seeking admission into a top-ranked college and have more choices for admission. These exams are having multiple choice questions from four sections, Logical Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation. 3/4 months of sincere preparation is enough to crack the test with good scores. No, it will not impact your placements. You just need to be able to convince the employer with a valid reason for the gap. So, don't bother and focus on your MBA.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Accounts/ research / academics/teaching area then M.Com is better. However, if you want to move into general management then MBA is better.
