Yes, you can definitely go for teaching in B-Schools. You just need to have good practice of delivering the right content in a right way. There are many B-Schools which calls corporate people for guest lectures. For some courses they keep weekly sessions. You need to master yourself in your expertise area. This is one of the avenues where you can look for the teaching option.

If you score really well in your B.Com then it might fill the gap and not affect your placements but this is something which will be questioned and you should be ready with a valid answer.

You may get a good job according to your skills and knowledge. Even students who study in IIMs don't get a job. Handful of people get excellent jobs. Many get average placement jobs, which is near about 20 Lacs. MBA is all about marketing and Indian colleges know better about the Indian market. German colleges will focus on European markets, hence in India you may not get a good job at the starting but with experience in India, you can expect a good job.

Hello,
You can take a year's gap but do not spend it only for MBA coaching as it is not needed in the first place. You can enhance your CV by doing an internship of your choice or in sync with your preferred MBA specialisation. Certification courses would also be beneficial, showcasing your interest in extra-curricular activities.
