More than the degree, it's the skills you've acquired and the college brand which matters more during the job placements. Both PGDM and MBA are given similar importance in India.

Hello,
Yes, you will get admission, though you need to inform the college officials about the tentative date of your UG result. Generally, the college gives a deadline to submit important documents like the mark sheets, convocation certificate, etc.

Hello,
Interview process-wise, many reputed colleges across India give some weight age to the work experience factor of a candidate and give preference to such people who have scored well in the MBA entrance exam (s) while working. Academic-wise, there are many case studies and classroom discussions which relate directly with corporate life scenarios. Only those who have experienced it first-hand would relate to it easily. Such discussions are also asked in the exams too. Placement-wise, many companies prefer those who have worked previously so that they can handle the job responsibilities better.
