The whole thing lies on your area of interest, if you love your stream and want to become experts in it and want to explore it further and want to research and projects in it, then it would be good option, if you continue with your stream and pursue M.Tech in your respective field. To settle overseas one needs to look at countries that have immigration friendly policies. Some of them are Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
Ideally you can explore the following options:
1. Apply for immigration, this process takes 18-20 months & in the meantime look for a job in India.
2. Explore pursuing a course in the said country and entry the country vide the student visa route. Once you reach there then you can explore for a job in the local market there.
3. Join employer in India who have branches in the said countries, and can help you internal transfer.
Ideally you can explore the following options:
