Hello,
Work experience is the year or month you have worked in an organization. Work experience is plus point in your Cv. It counts only when it is at least 24 months, and if you have more than that they you can go for executive MBA. All the best.

For studying MBA in foreign university, you need to clear GMAT and minimum marks required in graduation is 55%. All the best.

Hello,
For MBA entrance exam, basic eligibility criteria is graduation with at least 50% marks. But, as what you said you are pursuing Diploma course. So, maybe you are not eligible. If you have a graduation degree with 50% marks you can apply. All the best.

PGDM expands to Post Graduate Diploma in Management, the confusion starts when you see the term Diploma. Many students are of the view that it is a Diploma course and not a Degree, you are right to an extent that it is a Diploma. The main reason why postgraduate courses are named as PGDM is because when an Institute is an autonomous body (meaning it is not affiliated to any University) and conducts management courses then such Institutes cannot offer MBA degree.
