First of all, I have to tell you that now a days MBA is high demanding because MBA is not just course, it is a vision for better life, companies are demanding MBA aspirants because the mentality of an MBA guy is just to put any company in surplus and he/ she have the capability to analyse the situation of the company.

I suppose you are asking this question from the context of an under graduation Student and reference to MS is to post graduation programme from (top)Technical Universities abroad and MBA from (top) B-Schools in India.
