According to me, there are rules in some colleges that they provide 100 fee waiver to SC/ST category and also scholarships are available for SC/ST category.

You will be eligible if you get a good score in CAT and other entrance exams.

Study plan can only be formulated by you based on your abilities. But the best strategy is to completely master the easy topics first and then slowly advance towards tougher topics. And it will be very helpful to solve old papers and sample papers on a regular basis and making notes of your weak points.

To get an admission into NUS MBA, you need to have a strong academic record. Should have a minimum of 2 years of work experience. International students need to appear for GRE/GMAT.
Undergraduate students whose course was not taught in English need to appear for IELTS/TOEFL/PTE.

Jain University is good and completely activity oriented. There are lot of activities and fests conducted in the college. For MBA, it is fair but placements are not up to the mark.

With 94-96 percentile, you can get IIM, but not old IIM's. And yes, you can surely get into good MBA colleges. With that percentile, you also have to perform well in GD PI.

Please mention the country you want to go, as every countries have their own eligibility criteria, but some common thing are like IELTS TOEFL etc. And, for MBA, GMAT is required, but again I am saying, it is different country to country.

CAT, XAT, CMAT, NMAT, MHTCET.

If salary is considered, then MBA will be best for you.
