It's not compulsory to get admission in 2-year full-time PGP programme from IIMs but it's good to average as it gives you additional weightage over other candidates.

Depends on the work you did and the interviewer. But it sure would have some importance at least and could set you apart from other candidates. But you will be judged most on your performance during interviews for jobs. Since Engineering and Management are quite different areas, so don't expect much.

MBA HR is good degree, if you are interested in pursuing a career in the field of HR. MBA is also available in Hotel Management too. Consider that too, since you are already have UG in Hotel Management. MBA HR has same scope as Finance, Marketing, Hotel and Toursim. So, it is only a matter of personal preference.

Yes, you can. MBA is a Master's degree and you would be totally eligible to pursue any course you desire after MBA.

As an M.Com graduate, you can pursue Ph.D. from any recognized college/university. MBA is not required.

With this qualification, you are only eligible to pursue a Bachelor's degree. After that you can pursue an Executive MBA or Diploma.
