1) You need to have completed graduation from any recognised university with a minimum of 50% for general category and 45% for reserved category.
2) You will have to appear for the relevant entrance exam to apply to top MBA colleges.
3) After MBA entrance exam you need to undergo through Group discussion (GD) and Personal interview. (PI) 4) Based on your final score in entrance exam, GD/PI you may then apply for MBA admission to different colleges accordingly. Regards.

One can join in construction company like lnt, Country Garden etc. or as security Department in corporate.
This is very niche and good field to dive into.
