Apart from Hyderabad, Dehradun & Jaipur campus IBS runs an autonomous institute which awards PGPM. Though, you still have an option of having MBA with PGPM with IBS, Dehradun as like what I did while pursuing PGPM from IBS, Gurgaon.

Hello, your academic score is very good. In the selection process, the maximum weightage is being given to this criteria. Apart from that your work experience is your plus point. You have quite good chances of selection.
The parameter weightage is as under:-
Qualifying entrance test percentile -35%.
Academics (X,XII, Graduation and Post-Graduation) + Group Discussion and Personal Interview + Sports, Extra-Curricular activities awards and achievements at District, National, International level, Academic diversity etc.-65%.

You can try for LM Thapar School of Management for MBA. They have a great faculty with 80% professors as PhD holders. They also have international visiting faculty. Their recent placement records state that in 2017 the highest salary package was 25.31 Lacs.

You don't need to be confused. If you are willing to make career in Finance then you 'must' have to learn financial modelling. It's not a degree but a short term course which you can learn from anywhere (like investopedia or corporate finance institute etc. ). If you want to make career as a financial analyst (that's very promising and technical branch of finance) then doing CFA would be extremely grateful to you however, MBA Finance is helpful if you want to became finance manager. My opinion is to go for MBA, as you will have wide career scope, M.Tech in India is not worth. So, I will recommend doing MBA. Thank you.
