There are various factors at play that need to be looked at when deciding on an MBA specialisation. You need to analyse your interests and the colleges offering the course, along with other factors such as placements, infrastructure, ROI, etc.

Placement wise, Regional College is a good option. Last year, the for the Bangalore branch of Regional was 7 LPA. I don't know about the Bhubaneshwar campus, but Bangalore campus is good.
