Hello Ayesha,
You should obviously choose Delhi over Pune for doing PGDM.
Many top B-Schools are there in Delhi which are better than those in Pune.
For more details, feel free to ask.

Both are fine, however, CMAT will be little easier than CAT and if you can check the earlier cut-offs of the local colleges than you can analyze the trend of students and Marks. Whichever seems easier, you can go ahead so that it will be very comfortable for you.

A five-year integrated MBA saves the candidate from appearing for entrance exam and selection process twice (at UG and PG level), saving one year that goes into the preparation of CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, etc.
Different institutes/universities have different selection criteria for BBA+MBA programme. Some of them conduct their own entrance exam, and some accept centralized entrance exam score. There are many colleges which offer seats on the basis of merit only. A candidate planning to pursue BBA+MBA must keep a few things in mine
CMAT is not required for entering the course.

When compared PGPM and PGDM, you will find PGDM always better because of two years extensive learning than PGPM. PGPM will provide you placements but very less, however, the PGDM colleges mostly have 80% placements, overall, and provides the best ROI than any other PGPM college.
There are certain top PGPM colleges too who have good placements, still, I'll recommend you PGDM only.

Yes, you need to get very good marks in entrance exams which can help you to grab the attention and also your performance during MBA interview and all should be better.
For placements after MBA, it will not be dependent on your performance and skills in MBA. Your MBA marks should be very good so that you can tell that you have improved and this can be seen on your score card.
