Yes, Kristu Jayanti College, Bangalore is a good choice for MBA. It has a good reputation and also offers better options.
Based on the reviews also, it is better. So, you may opt for it.

You don't need an MBA in advertising degree and there is no MBA in anchoring. You can pursue mass communication because it's better in terms of placements for advertising and anchoring.

Hi,
As you have work experience, it will be a plus point, but you'll have to apply and also clear the test. GMAT, GRE and if you have an entrance for particular colleges. Executive MBA may or may not be there. You should go for IIMs.

You should buy the books for entrance tests (CAT and GMAT). You may or may not take tuitions. You should start the preparations soon if you want to apply right after graduation.
